    Half rounded file with tang and sharpened on two sides. Form E according to DIN 7261. Exceptional filing performance thanks to the PFERD helical shape. PFERD manufactures workshop files satisfying the highest quality requirements. They are characterized by a long lifespan and an excellent yield of material removal. Three size variants for various applications are available. Size 1: roughing, coarse material removal Size 2: universal use Size 3: Machining and finishing work The PFERD's workshop files are available in industrial wrapping without handle or in PF packaging with an ergonomic file handle.

    Alkalmazások

    This file is used in the workshop for manual filing work on metal parts, particularly when radii or semi-circular profiles need to be finished. It is suitable for maintenance, machining and fitting work, whilst the choice of different cuts allows material removal to be tailored to specific requirements. Depending on the material and the objective, the tool is used for working on aluminium, bronze, copper, brass, zinc, grey cast iron, steels up to 1,200 N/mm² and cast steel. Typical areas of application include, in particular, industrial maintenance, mechanical engineering, fitting and assembly, and production workshops.
