Designed for precise, detailed work, the COMBICLICK CC-FS A-COOL flap disc series from Pferd Tools combines a quick-change system with active corundum. This abrasive reduces heat build-up whilst ensuring consistent cutting performance. Active ingredients prevent the surface from becoming clogged, particularly with heat-sensitive materials such as stainless steel and aluminium.

 

Features:

The COMBICLICK system from Pferd Tools is based on a quick-clamping solution that enables easy fitting and rapid replacement of the grinding discs. This minimises downtime during tool changes and enhances ease of use. The absence of protruding clamping components reduces scratches and allows the grinding surface to be used flat.

The A-COOL corundum abrasive contains active additives that promote consistent material removal whilst reducing clogging. Grinding performance remains consistently stable, even with thermally sensitive materials. In addition, the COMBICLICK system supports effective cooling of both the tool and the workpiece, thereby reducing thermal stress during the grinding process.

Depending on the version (diameter, grit size), the product is suitable for everything from light correction work to high-quality surface finishing.
