The 3M™ Scotch-Brite™ Roloc™ EXL Unitized Wheel XL-DR is a compressed non-woven wheel for edge deburring, finishing and blending. Its soft 2-density construction provides flexibility and conformability for delicate or intricate work on flat, contoured and irregular surfaces.

Features:
The strong unitized construction supports edge deburring and finishing, while the compressed open web and uniform abrasive distribution provide consistent cutting action. Lower-density EXL material conforms to the workpiece and is suited to finishing contoured surfaces without damaging the part. The compact wheel can be used on both its face and edge without interference from mounting hardware. Its 3M™ Roloc™ attachment secures the wheel to a compatible pad and allows rapid changes during multi-step finishing operations.
