SMCs LAT3 card motor is a compact, thin (same size as a business card) electric slide table with a linear motor and displacement sensor integrated into one unit. It is compact and lightweight with positioning and measurement capability. The LATC4, card motor controller offers 2 methods of step data setting. Takt time entry allows easy programming by inputting just 3 parameters: positioning time, target position and load mass. Speed entry settings require inputting target position, speed, acceleration, deceleration, and load mass.
